Artichoke with butter
INGREDIENTS:
- Artichoke
- butter
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp of vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large pan add some water to boil the artichoke
- add the vinegar, bay leaves and theĀ garlic
- add the artichoke and boil for around 30 min until the outer leaves can be pulled easily
- remove from the water and serve with the butter
- dip the leaves in the butter and enjoy
