Pumpkin purée
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pumpkin
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and reserve for other recipes
- Cut the pumpkin into smaller pieces
- bake in the oven at 170C for 30 min or until fork tender
- leave it to cool down for a bit
- remove the pumpkin skin
- blend, add a bit of water if needed
