Mashed swede

  • 1 Swede
  • butter
  • milk
  • salt
  • pepper

peel the swede and dice

boild in salted water for 15 min

drain

mash with a potato masher

add plenty of butter

add a dash or 2 of milk

mix all

season to taste with salt and pepper

it’s perfect with haggis, enjoy!
