Persimmon Parfait
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 persimmons
- 200 gr of creme fraiche
- 1 ts of vanilla extract
- 1 ts of honey (optional)
- a hint of cinnamon
- 2 tbs of sliced almonds
INSTRUCTIONS:
- remove the skin of the persimmons and add to the bottom individual glasses
- in a bowl mix the creme fraiche with the vanilla extract and the honey
- add a layer of the mix to individual glasses
- sprickle some cinnamon and add the sliced almonds on top
