Green Tea Yoghurt
Once I started make my own yoghurt at home it was hard to stop so I started being creative.
For this one I used bio yoghurt culture but you can use any thermophilic (heat-loving) culture.
- boil 2 pints of milk
- add 3 teabags of green tea and leave for more or less 5 min according to your own taste.
- remove the teabags and let the milk cool down to the right temperature according to your culture.
- Add your yoghurt culture and culture accordingly
- refrigerate for a few hours
- enjoy like that or strain for a Greek style yoghurt.
