Beetroot and Lemon juice
Ingredients:
- 2/3 beetroots
- 1 lemon
- water
Instructions:
- Peel the beetroots and slice them
- Add the beetroots to a 2 litre jar.
- Add some water
- Wash the lemon cut in half.
- Squeeze the lemon to the jar
- Add the rest of the lemon after squeezing
- Fill the rest of the jar with water
- Leave in the fridge for a few hours to a day (depending how concentrated you want the flavour)
- Serve!!!
NOTE:
Depending on the quality of the beetroot sometimes after all the juice is gone I make a second batch using the same beetroot, just remove the remains of the lemon. Add juice from a new lemon and refill with water.
