Coconut Porridge
- 25 gr butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs of coconut flour
- 1 pinch psyllium seed husks
- 4 tbs of double cream or coconut cream
- a dash or two of milk (for consistency according to taste)
- a bit of vanilla extract (optional)
- a little salt
Instructions:
- add all ingredients to a pan except the milk
- heat in low heat adding the milk slowly until you have the wanted consistency
- serve with berries (optional)
