Oopsie bread (low carbs)

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs (cold from the fridge)
  • 125 gr cream cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon psyllium husks
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 ts baking powder
  • sesame seeds/ poppy seeds/ sunflower seeds (optional)

You also need

  • parchment paper

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 150C
  2. Separate the eggs, with the egg whites in one bowl and the egg yolks in another.
  3. Whip the egg whites together with the salt until very stiff.
  4. Mix well all other ingredients in a different bowl.
  5. Mix all together
  6. Add the parchment paper to your baking tray.
  7. Add in the mix, I like to make one big unit but you can separate into 6 or 8 units
  8. Add the seeds in case you want to add any
  9. bake for 25 min until golden
