Almond Flour biscuits ( low carb)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond flour (225gr))
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- salt
- 2 eggs (preferably large)
- 1/3 cup of butter (70 gr)
Instructions:
- pre heat the oven to 180C
- line a baking tray with parchment paper
- melt the butter
- mix all ingredients
- use 1 tablespoon of dough to make each biscuit, place in the baking tray and flatten them with your fingers
- bake for 15 min or until golden and firm
Tip:
you can have these on their own, or add stuff like chocolate spread, butter, etc.
I love these loaded with marmite and a cheese and microwaved for a few seconds to melt the cheese.
