Cheese muffins low carbs

For 12 small muffins

Note to self: this could do with more or stronger cheese, or some cheese on top to make a crust.

Ingredients:

  • 45 gr coconut flour
  • 60 gr grated cheddar
  • 1 gr garlic powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 90 gr double cream

Instructions:

  1. preheatĀ  oven to 170C
  2. mix all ingredients
  3. add to muffin tin
  4. bake for 15 min
