Blender banana bread (low carbs)
- 2 large ripe bananas, peeled
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cupsĀ Almond Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- a few squares of dark chocolate
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 175C
- grease a loaf pan/ baking tin
- add the chocolate to the food processor / chopper and pulse until you have small pieces, reserve
- add all ingredients to the blender or food processor and blend until smooth
- add to a baking tin and bake for 30 min or longer if needed
