Reduced sugar Flapjacks
Ingredients:
- 250gr jumbo rolled oats
- 125gr butter
- 1 tbs of caster sugar
- 1 tbs of agave
Instructions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C
- Add the oats to a food processor and pulse just for a few seconds, don’t over do it, we don’t want oat flour 😉
- In a pot add the remaing ingredients, melt the butter on low heat and stir all ingredients together. Once the butter is melted and everythings is mixed and the oats a mix all really well.
- Lightly grease a small baking tray with butter
- Add the mix to the baking tray and press into the corners so the mixture is flat.
- Bake for about 15 min until it’s golden brown.
- Score into squares and leave to cool.
