Cauliflower Soup
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 gloves of garlic
- olive oil or butter
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 litre of chicken stock
- 1 tbsp of thyme leaves, plus adicional thyme
- black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- cook the 3 sliced garlic gloves in 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pot, l golden
- remove and reserve the garlic
- Add to the pot the cauliflower chopped in pieces
- Add the chicken stock, the thyme, and the black pepper.
- Simmer until tender dor 15 to 20 minutes
- blender everything
- serve and top with the garlic and some more thyme leaves
