Low carb English Muffin
Ingredients:
- 1 tbs butter
- 3 tbs of almond flour
- 1/2 tbs of coconut flour or peanut flour
- sea salt
- baking powder
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a microowave container with flat bottom and more or less the size of an english muffin
- add all other ingredients and mix well for a couple of minutes
- cook in the microowave for 1min 30sec
- remove from the container and slice in half
- you can toast it but thats optional 🙂
Tip:
This is amazing with my low carb home made chocolate spread!
You can enjoy it with just butter, or cheese!
I also love having this with poached egg.
