Oopsie bread (low carbs)
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs (cold from the fridge)
- 125 gr cream cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon psyllium husks
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 ts baking powder
- sesame seeds/ poppy seeds/ sunflower seeds (optional)
You also need
- parchment paper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 150C
- Separate the eggs, with the egg whites in one bowl and the egg yolks in another.
- Whip the egg whites together with the salt until very stiff.
- Mix well all other ingredients in a different bowl.
- Mix all together
- Add the parchment paper to your baking tray.
- Add in the mix, I like to make one big unit but you can separate into 6 or 8 units
- Add the seeds in case you want to add any
- bake for 25 min until golden
