Reduced sugar Flapjacks

Ingredients:

  • 250gr jumbo rolled oats
  • 125gr butter
  • 1 tbs of caster sugar
  • 1 tbs of agave

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C
  2. Add the oats to a food processor and pulse just for a few seconds, don’t over do it, we don’t want oat flour 😉
  3. In a pot add the remaing ingredients, melt the butter on low heat and stir all ingredients together. Once the butter is melted and everythings is mixed and the oats a mix all really well.
  4. Lightly grease a small baking tray with butter
  5. Add the mix to the baking tray and press into the corners so the mixture is flat.
  6. Bake for about 15 min until it’s golden brown.
  7. Score into squares and leave to cool.
