Cauliflower Soup



  • 3 gloves of garlic
  • olive oil or butter
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 litre of chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp of thyme leaves, plus adicional thyme
  • black pepper


  • cook the 3 sliced garlic gloves in 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pot, l golden
  • remove and reserve the garlic
  • Add to the pot the cauliflower chopped in pieces
  • Add the chicken┬ástock, the thyme, and the black pepper.
  • Simmer until tender dor 15 to 20 minutes
  • blender everything
  • serve and top with the garlic and some more thyme leaves
