Chia seeds and Coconut milk pudding


  • 200ml┬ácoconut milk
  • 2.5 tbp of chia seeds
  • a few drops of vanilla extract


  1. to start you need a jar, ideally that can take 250-300 ml
  2. add all ingredients to the jar
  3. mix well
  4. cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight
  5. optional add some berries or check other flavouring options.

Flavouring suggestions

  • berries
  • strawberry coulis
  • passion fruit
  • matcha tea
  • cocoa powder
  • nut butter
  • cinnamon powder
  • nuts
