Exotic mushrooms with bacon

  • bacon
  • butter
  • pepper
  • exotic mushrooms (I usually buy a mix pack from ocado)
    • Golden Enoki
    • White Enoki
    • Shimejii


  1. melt the butter in a large pan
  2. roll a slice of bacon around a few mushrooms
  3. season with pepper
  4. repeat with other bacon slices
  5. add the bacon and mushrooms rolls to the pan and cook
