Milk and fruit



  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (adjust to taste)
  • fruit (I used nectarines and raspberries)
  • 1 tbs of dried coconut (optional)


  1. Wash fruit and chop in little pieces, add to a bowl and reserve
  2. Mix together the milk, vanilla extract and sugar
  3. Add the milk to the fruit
  4. Enjoy!
