Pumpkin purée

  • 1 pumpkin


  1. Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and reserve for other recipes
  2. Cut the pumpkin into smaller pieces
  3. bake in the oven at 170C for 30 min or until fork tender
  4. leave it to cool down for a bit
  5. remove the pumpkin skin
  6. blend, add a bit of water if needed
