INGREDIENTS:

• 200 gr of pistachio
• 1/2 ts of salt
• 1/3 ts of cinnamon
• 2 tbs of honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Bake this pistachios in the oven for 5 min at 180C.
2. Add the pistachios and salt to the food processor and process until you get a creamy consistence. It may take a bit depending on the food processor.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and process a bit more until all creamy and smooth.
4. Enjoy! It’s really good with slices of apple. I am sure you will find other ways to enjoy it.
