Low carbs Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 40 gr coconut flour + 1 tbs
  • 30 gr of cocoa powder
  • 120 gr butter
  • 2 ts of sweetener
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 ts of vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 ts of honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add some butter to grease the baking tray
  2. add 1 tbs of coconut flour and spread through the baking tray
  3. melt the butter in the microwave
  4. mix all ingredients together
  5. add to the baking tray
  6. bake at 180C for 20 min
