Baked pumpkin

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1¬†munchkin pumpkin
  • some butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. cut the top of the pumpkin like you would with a jack-o-lantern
  2. scoop out the seeds
  3. place the “lid” on the pumpkin and bake for 20 min or until interior is soft and separates from the skin easily.
  4. add butter to the pumpkin and let it melt
  5. use a fork or spoon and mix the interior of the pumpkin separating it from the skin.
  6. serve
