Blender banana bread (low carbs)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe bananas, peeled
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cupsĀ Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • a few squares of dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. preheat the oven to 175C
  2. grease a loaf pan/ baking tin
  3. add the chocolate to the food processor / chopper and pulse until you have small pieces, reserve
  4. add all ingredients to the blender or food processor and blend until smooth
  5. add to a baking tin and bake for 30 min or longer if needed
