Chia seeds and Coconut milk pudding
Ingredients:
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2.5 tbp of chia seeds
- a few drops of vanilla extract
Instructions:
- to start you need a jar, ideally that can take 250-300 ml
- add all ingredients to the jar
- mix well
- cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight
- optional add some berries or check other flavouring options.
