Coconut Porridge

  • 25 gr butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs of coconut flour
  • 1 pinch psyllium seed husks
  • 4 tbs of double cream or coconut cream
  • a dash or two of milk (for consistency according to taste)
  • a bit of vanilla extract (optional)
  • a little salt



  1. add all ingredients to a pan except the milk
  2. heat in low heat adding the milk slowly until you have the wanted consistency
  3. serve with berries (optional)


Optional flavourings

  • cocoa powder
  • match tea
  • nuts
  • nut butter
  • cinnamon
