INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup of double cream

fruit (this time I used mango and kiwi fruit)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. whip the cream
2. mix the fruit
3. if using mango squeeze some bits into juice to mix with the cream and make it sweeter
