Green Tea Yoghurt

Once I started make my own yoghurt at home it was hard to stop so I started being creative.

For this one I used bio yoghurt culture but you can use any thermophilic (heat-loving) culture.

  1. boil  2 pints of milk
  2. add 3 teabags of green tea and leave for more or less 5 min according to your own taste.
  3. remove the teabags and let the milk cool down to the right temperature according to your culture.
  4. Add your yoghurt culture and culture accordingly
  5. refrigerate for a few hours
  6. enjoy like that or strain for a Greek style yoghurt.
