Home made yogurt with fruit



  1. 900ml of milk (whole or semi skimmed)
  2. 100ml of yogurt with live cultures or yogurt starter culture
  3. Fruit


  1. Mix the milk with the yogurt
  2. Keep mix at 40 C for 8 to 12 , you can use a yogurt maker but you don’t have to. *
  3. Cool it down in the fridge for at list an hour or 2.
  4. Add your favourite fruit and enjoy!


* the amount if time you live the yogurt setting will make it more or less sour. The more time you leave it the more sour it will get, it should also get harder.
