Kale chips

INGREDIENTS:

  • Kale
  • chilli oil
  • table salt

INSTRCTIONS:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 175C
  2. With a kitchen scissor cut the leaves from the thick stems
  3. Wash the leaves and dry them thourolly
  4. In a baking tray add the kale leaves sprinkle with chilli oil and salt
  5. Bake for 5 min or until crip
  6. enjoy!
