Mix seed Porridge
Ingredients:
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tbs of chia seeds
- 1 tbs of flaxseed
- 1tbs of coconut or ground pistachios (optional)
- a bit of salt
Instructions:
- add all ingredients to a pan.
- heat in low heat until you have the wanted consistency.
- serve with berries (optional)

- match tea
- nuts
- nut butter
- cinnamon
