Panna cotta
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of double cream
- 2 gelatine leaves soaked in cold water
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Figs preserve for topping
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the milk, double cream, sugar and vanilla extract in a microwave proof container.
- Warm up in the microwave for 3 minutes
- Squeeze the gelatine and warm it up in a bowl in the microwave for a few seconds, until it melts
- Add gelatine to previous mix and mix everything together
- Divide mixture into several cups and leave it to cool.
- Add toping before serving
