Panna cotta



  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of double cream
  • 2 gelatine leaves soaked in cold water
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Figs preserve for topping


  1. Mix the milk, double cream, sugar and vanilla extract in a microwave proof container.
  2. Warm up in the microwave for 3 minutes
  3. Squeeze the gelatine and warm it up in a bowl in the microwave for a few seconds, until it melts
  4. Add gelatine to previous mix and mix everything together
  5. Divide mixture into several cups and leave it to cool.
  6. Add toping before serving
