Sweet Pumpkin Soup

  • pumpkin
  • 50 gr of butter
  • salt
  • 50 ml of milk
  • cinnamon
  • 1 ts of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp of coconut milk (optional)


  1. cut the pumpkin in half
  2. remove all the pumpkin seeds and strings
  3. reserve the seeds and use them in other recipes
  4. skin the pumpkin
  5. cut the pumpkin into small pieces
  6. add the butter,  the pumpkin and salt to a pan
  7. cook until tender
  8. mix together every now then with a wooden spoon, add a bit of water if needed.
  9. once the pumpkin pieces are soft remove from heat
  10. add the milk
  11. blend the pumpkin
  12. add the cinnamon, peanut butter and the coconut milk and mix everything
