Low Carbs Breakfast Cereals
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 2 tbsp of milled flaxseed and almonds
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- a bit of cinnamon
- boiling water
- 2 tbsp of coconut mil (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- mix all cereals together
- add boiling water and leave standing for 5min
- add coconut milk, mix and enjoy
