Artichoke with butter

INGREDIENTS:

  • Artichoke
  • butter
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp of vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large pan add some water to boil the artichoke
  2. add the vinegar, bay leaves and theĀ garlic
  3. add the artichoke and boil for around 30 min until the outer leaves can be pulled easily
  4. remove from the water and serve with the butter
  5. dip the leaves in the butter and enjoy
