Low Carbs Breakfast Cereals



  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp of milled flaxseed and almonds
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • a bit of cinnamon
  • boiling water
  • 2 tbsp of coconut mil (optional)


  1. mix all cereals together
  2. add boiling water and leave standing for 5min
  3. add coconut milk, mix and enjoy
