Almond Flour biscuits ( low carb)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almond flour (225gr))
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • salt
  • 2 eggs (preferably large)
  • 1/3 cup of butter (70 gr)

Instructions:

  1. pre heat the oven to 180C
  2. line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. melt the butter
  4. mix all ingredients
  5. use 1 tablespoon of dough to make each biscuit, place in the baking tray and flatten them with your fingers
  6. bake for 15 min or until golden and firm

Tip:

you can have these on their own, or add stuff like chocolate spread, butter, etc.

I love these loaded with marmite and a cheese and microwaved for a few seconds to melt the cheese.
