Low carb English Muffin

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbs butter
  • 3 tbs of almond flour
  • 1/2 tbs of coconut flour or peanut flour
  • sea salt
  • baking powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a microowave container with flat bottom and more or less the size of an english muffin
  2. add all other ingredients and mix well for a couple of minutes
  3. cook in the microowave for 1min 30sec
  4. remove from the container and slice in half
  5. you can toast it but thats optional 🙂

Tip:

This is amazing with my low carb home made chocolate spread!

You can enjoy it with just butter, or cheese!

I also love having this with poached egg.
