Avocado Cheesecake



  • 100 gr of sliced almonds, for the crust
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbs of honey
  • 3 tsp of water
  • 1 ts of vanilla extract
  • 100 gr of coconut butter (melted)


  1. add some almonds to the bottom of a desert bowl and press
  2. mix all other ingredients in the food processor
  3. add the mix on top of the almonds and chill for a couple of hours
