Low Carbs Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/4 ts of baking soda
  • 1/2 ts of cream tartar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 4 tsp of cold butter
  • 1 ts of icing sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. pre heat the oven to 180C
  2. separate the whites from the yolks
  3. whisk the egg whites
  4. mix the yolks with the whites
  5. in a separate bowl mix all solid ingredients with the butter until it looks crumbly
  6. mix in the eggs, it will be quite liquid, keep mixing for a few minutes, the coconut flour will start absorbing the liquid and the mix will become more solid.
  7. split into biscuit size balls and add to a baking sheet
  8. bake for 15 minutes or a bit more if needed.
