Persimmon Parfait



  • 2 persimmons
  • 200 gr of creme fraiche
  • 1 ts of vanilla extract
  • 1 ts of honey (optional)
  • a hint of cinnamon
  • 2 tbs of sliced almonds


  1. remove the skin of the persimmons and add to the bottom individual glasses
  2. in a bowl mix the creme fraiche with the vanilla extract and the honey
  3. add a layer of the mix to individual glasses
  4. sprickle some cinnamon  and add the sliced almonds on top
