INGREDIENTS:

• 1 avocado
• 2 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. cut the avocado in half
2. scoop a bit of the avocado so you can fit the egg in the hole
3. add an egg to each half of the avocado add some salt and pepper on top
4. bake for 10 min or until it is cook to taste
