Beetroot and Lemon juice


  • 2/3 beetroots
  • 1 lemon
  • water


  1. Peel the beetroots and slice them
  2. Add the beetroots to a 2 litre jar.
  3. Add some water
  4. Wash the lemon cut in half.
  5. Squeeze the lemon to the jar
  6. Add the rest of the lemon after squeezing
  7. Fill the rest of the jar with water
  8. Leave in the fridge for a few hours to a day (depending how concentrated you want the flavour)
  9. Serve!!!


Depending on the quality of the beetroot sometimes after all the juice is gone I make a second batch using the same beetroot, just remove the remains of the lemon. Add juice from a new lemon and refill with water.
