Low carbs breakfast cereal with peanut butter
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup or 2 1/2 tbs of milled flaxseed and almonds
- 1/2 cup of boiled water
- 2 tbs of peanut butter
- some cinnamon to taste
Instructions:
- add the flax seed to a bowl pour over the boiling water and mix well
- add the peanut butter and the cinnamon and mix altogether for 1 or 2 minutes until it thickens
- enjoy!
