Low carbs breakfast cereal with peanut butter


  • 1/4 cup or 2 1/2 tbs of milled flaxseed and almonds
  • 1/2 cup of boiled water
  • 2 tbs of peanut butter
  • some cinnamon to taste


  1. add the flax seed to a bowl pour over the boiling water and mix well
  2. add the peanut butter and the cinnamon and mix altogether for 1 or 2 minutes until it thickens
  3. enjoy!
