Low Carbs Biscuits
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of coconut flour
- 1/4 ts of baking soda
- 1/2 ts of cream tartar
- a pinch of salt
- 4 tsp of cold butter
- 1 ts of icing sweetener
INSTRUCTIONS:
- pre heat the oven to 180C
- separate the whites from the yolks
- whisk the egg whites
- mix the yolks with the whites
- in a separate bowl mix all solid ingredients with the butter until it looks crumbly
- mix in the eggs, it will be quite liquid, keep mixing for a few minutes, the coconut flour will start absorbing the liquid and the mix will become more solid.
- split into biscuit size balls and add to a baking sheet
- bake for 15 minutes or a bit more if needed.
